Library or entitlements slow to update
Allow a short sync delay after purchase or redeem; confirm the same account on web and mobile.
Normal delay
After checkout, redemption, or a subscription change, entitlements may take a minute or two to appear while caches and CDN edges refresh.
What to try
- Sign in with the same email used at purchase or /redeem.
- Open Media Library on the web and refresh the page.
- On mobile, pull to refresh or sign out and back in — see Library not showing on mobile.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
