Library or entitlements slow to update

Allow a short sync delay after purchase or redeem; confirm the same account on web and mobile.

Normal delay

After checkout, redemption, or a subscription change, entitlements may take a minute or two to appear while caches and CDN edges refresh.

What to try

  1. Sign in with the same email used at purchase or /redeem.
  2. Open Media Library on the web and refresh the page.
  3. On mobile, pull to refresh or sign out and back in — see Library not showing on mobile.
  4. Wait a few minutes and try again.

If the title appears on the web library but never in the app (or never on web after 15+ minutes), submit /help/contact with your account email and what you already tried.
