Library not showing on mobile
Confirm the same account email, refresh the app, and allow a short entitlements sync delay.

Quick checks
- Same email: Sign in with the exact address used at /redeem or checkout — not a typo or secondary inbox.
- Redeem on web first: Codes are redeemed through the website flow; the app reads entitlements from your account afterward. See Can I use my code on the mobile app?.
- Refresh: Pull to refresh the library, or sign out and sign back in.
- Wait: CDN and app caches can lag a minute or two after a new purchase or redemption.
Still missing content?
- Open Media Library on the web while signed in — if the title appears there but not in the app, contact /help/contact with your account email.
