My subscription is not showing after redemption
Confirm you are signed into the same account used at redemption and allow a short sync delay.

Troubleshooting
- Sign in with the exact email used during redeem (or the account you merged into).
- Open Media Library / dashboard and refresh; CDN and app caches can lag a minute or two.
- For new accounts created during anonymous redeem, check the inbox for setup or verification mail.
If access is still missing after 15 minutes, contact support with your account email and approximate redemption time.
