My code says "already redeemed" — what do I do?
If you already downloaded on the web, sign in with the same email and enter the code again to open your library. A different reader cannot reuse the code.

Why you see this
- Same email as a web download: If you already redeemed or downloaded on bbtmedia.com or /redeem, sign in to Krishna Library with that email and enter the code again. Titles are added to your library. The code is not consumed a second time.
- Already in your library: Open /library — you already own these titles.
- Someone else used the code: A single-use code belongs to one reader. If another email redeemed first, this code will not work for you.
- Typos: Re-check every character; some fonts make 0/O and 1/I easy to confuse.
If you believe redemption failed on our side but the code is marked used, contact /help/contact with your code (or last few characters) and the email on the account.
