My code says "already redeemed" — what do I do?
Single-use codes lock after successful redemption; multi-use codes have per-product limits.

Why you see this
- Single-use codes can only complete redemption once. If you already redeemed successfully, use Media Library or your dashboard to download again instead of re-entering the code.
- Shared codes: If someone else redeemed first, the code will no longer work for a second full redemption.
- Typos: Re-check every character; some fonts make 0/O and 1/I easy to confuse.
If you believe redemption failed on our side but the code is marked used, contact support with your code (or last few characters if you prefer) and the email on the account.
