Mobile download issues (web-first triage)
Start with connection and account checks on the web before reinstalling the app.

Check your account first
- Sign in at /login and open Media Library.
- Confirm the title is entitled to your account.
- On the web, download the file with a stable connection (see Troubleshooting downloads guide).
In the Krishna Library app
- Install the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same email (install guide).
- Open the entitled title in your in-app library.
- Tap download (ebooks) or play / download (audiobooks) as shown in the app.
- If nothing appears, refresh the library or sign out and back in (library sync).
- Free storage space and install the latest app update from your store.
