Mobile download issues (web-first triage)

Start with connection and account checks on the web before reinstalling the app.

Check your account first

  1. Sign in at /login and open Media Library.
  2. Confirm the title is entitled to your account.
  3. On the web, download the file with a stable connection (see Troubleshooting downloads guide).

In the Krishna Library app

  1. Install the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same email (install guide).
  2. Open the entitled title in your in-app library.
  3. Tap download (ebooks) or play / download (audiobooks) as shown in the app.
  4. If nothing appears, refresh the library or sign out and back in (library sync).
  5. Free storage space and install the latest app update from your store.
