Submit a support ticket

Use the contact form at /help/contact; guests receive a tracking link at /help/tickets/[token].

Contact form (all users)

Open /help/contact and complete the form:

  1. Choose a topic (General, Customer, Affiliate, Group Admin, Technical, or Billing)
  2. Pick a category and priority
  3. Enter subject and description
  4. Optionally attach files (images, PDF, or plain text up to 10 MB each)

Signed-in users

If you are signed in, submitting the form creates an issue via /api/issues and you can follow progress at /dashboard/issues.

Guest users

If you are not signed in, the form posts to /api/contact. After success you receive a tracking link to check status at /help/tickets/[token] (UUID in the URL).

Tips for faster help

  • Include your account email and order or subscription reference when relevant
  • For downloads, say which title and format you tried
  • Check spam for our reply if you do not hear back within 24 hours
