Contact support (chat)
Open live chat from /help/contact or the site chat button when agents are available.

Live chat
- Go to /help/contact.
- Under quick contact options, choose Live Chat and click Start Chat.
The contact page lists live chat availability as Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST with an immediate response when agents are online.
You can also open chat from the message button on supported pages (Krishna Library support chat widget).
When chat is offline
Use Email Support on the same page — submit the contact form (24/7; typical response within 24 hours). See Submit a support ticket.
Before you chat
- Sign in if the issue is about your library or orders
- Have your account email and order or redemption details ready
- Try /help/troubleshooting for quick self-serve fixes
