Use Forgot Password on /login or go directly to /forgot-password. Complete the flow at /reset-password.

Didn't receive email?
Verification or purchase emails may land in spam or promotions. Add your Krishna Library sender to your safe list and wait a few minutes.
The troubleshooting hub Didn't Receive Email issue suggests checking spam first, then /help/contact.
Sign-in mismatch
- Use the same email on web and mobile
- If you registered with Google or Apple, use that provider on other devices too
- Complete email verification for new accounts
Account locked out?
If repeated attempts fail, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact support via /help/contact.
