The /help/troubleshooting hub lists Download Failed with this first step: check your internet connection and try again.
- Sign in and open Media Library.
- Confirm the title is entitled to your account.
- Retry the download on a stable Wi‑Fi connection.
- Clear browser cache or try another browser — see Clear cache and retry.
