Reset a forgotten password

Forgot your password?

1. Open /forgot-password (also linked from /login).
2. Enter your account email and submit.
3. The site calls /api/auth/request-password-reset and sends a secure link when an account exists.
4. Open the email link — it should land on /reset-password to choose a new password.

Mobile app links

On mobile, the email link may open the Krishna Library app when installed. If the app does not open, use the reset on the web option on the bridge page to finish in your browser (see customer FAQ).

Tips

• Check spam/promotions folders
• A short cooldown applies between repeat requests on the same page
• Google/Apple sign-in without a password yet may receive a set password message instead of a classic reset
